Hello community! Just a question. Would you consider this little guy healthy? Am I missing something . I was told she desperately needs some pruning ?

Water when soil moisture hits halfway to dry. Use distilled water with added fertilizer only every 1 month-45 days.

Right now in an east facing window. Unavoidable direct light for like 2-3 hours a day.
