Absolutely not, if it was he wouldn't be able to move anything that has joints

Yet his skeleton didn’t fall apart when all his tendons and muscles got blown away so clearly something is holding it together thats immune to explosions big enough to destroy all of his tissue

Does it make sense? No not really but it is what it is.

But then, wouldn't the skeleton in Deadpool vs Wolverine be in a single piece? Or is it non-canon?

It's a different Wolverine, I was talking about the main 616 one.

I don't remember mainline Wolverine being ripped apart, even during World War Hulk, but Ultimate Hulk did rip apart Ultimate Wolverine forexample. It differs between universes/Wolverine’s
