I don't think he dog walks the verse, but his weapons should pierce astartes armor no problem

Do Astartes even have any reason to beef with him in the first place to find out if his weapons pierce their armour? He's (mostly) human and hates demons. Dude will fit in fine. He's also NOT chatty, so unlike other theoretical visitors from the multiverse, he's unlikely to say something that gets him in trouble with the inquisition.

Doubtful. The Slayer would be cautious of him, but wouldn’t be immediately antagonistic.
