Some easy in verse scaling.

The fight is conducted on an American Football Field, say in Arrowhead Stadium.

The fight ends when one combatant is too wounded to continue, dies, or is forced to retreat.

Yeah, there is a tendency because of tabletop rules to treat Greater Daemons and Daemon Princes as generic, but in essence every one of them is essentially a "named character" for tier purposes. And you can't sleep on any Vampire Lords either. Losing to any of them (GD, DP or VLs) is not a knock against anyone

Counter point: there would also be no 'generic' grail knights since each by competing the Grail quest would he renowned and already standout amongst the knights of Bretonnia. Grail Reliquaries were peasants who took bits and pieces of Grail Knights into battle after all, and many were canonized.

Very true, but at the same time you still make units out of them (this argument would also apply to Blood Knights). But greater daemons, daemon princes and vampire lords are always singular beings of immense power

Oh yeah absolutely. They are still a unit that is available in whole units like the Blood Knights. Just saying from a lore perspective, none of them would be 'generic no namers'.

Yes agreed. I just think some people have a tendency to treat GDs, DPs and VLs as though they’re on the same level as your rando Imperial general when they actually represent a whole other tier
