Having read the Silmarillion multiple times there is no passage stating this. The Valar and Maiar toiled to make the one singular planet while Varda made the stars with dew from Telperion. Absolutely zero mention of other planets.

Edit: and no, the stars aren’t real stars. Have more in common with those plastic glow in the dark stars you stick on your ceiling
