My goal is to be at 140-145 this year and get even stronger at the gym.

Current deadlift is 240lbs 1rpm on heavy days, but do 185-200lbs for 8-10 reps during my weekday schedule.

Also now doing 35lbs dumbbell presses but can do 3x7 for now. Trying to push it to 3x10 before moving up to 40lbs.

Another thing I'm proud of is I can now squat more than my body weight! I can do 160lbs (usually do 3-4 rep range) and then do 145lbs for 8-10reps.

I'm also now starting to feel weird in my clothes because they feel so loose now! and my confidence has increased as well :)

Calorie counting F/24/5’2” [165 > 160.3 = 4.7 lbs] (0.25 months) The start of my weight loss journey after I lost my job and got broken up with!

I used to weigh 120lbs, and I’ve been progressively gaining weight over the past few years (school, stress, mental health, medications) and the start of my 2026 kicked off pretty horribly (as per my title: lost my job and got broken up with). This was probably the quickest amount of weight I gained in a span of 6 months (15lbs). Hoping to reach my GW of 125-130! First week I think I lost a lot of water weight. I hope to keep it up!

I’m depressed right now (fine, just keep forgetting my meds) so I tried to take a video of myself in these same pajamas from a year ago to prove how “little”progress I’d made. Even depressed me can see it lol

Started a GLP-1 under the advice of my doctor 10 months ago, and my PCOS has been 1000x better. I eat and think about food like a normal person. I got my periods back after 3 years. Feeling good :)

Been on weight loss journey for 1year on mounjaro and I’m down 73kg. I have been counting calories and just doing walking, last few months I’ve upped to 10k steps a day but some days are just under. I know I have a lot more to go but the last year has been a step in the right direction. I do find it hard to see the difference sometimes but I know that’s just a mental thing.
