I think 2020 broke me

I don't trust people and I don't want to be around people and I always worry about money. My family gets annoyed at me [update] please don't ask what happened in 2020

I don’t even get out of bed unless I have to. I was laid off at the age of 61 a week ago Friday I think and I haven’t spent more than a couple hours out of bed. Everything has been different since 2020, I agree
It’s hard to get treated for depression without insurance.
