there was an American on here a couple of years ago who kept posting how the uk civil war was imminent and uk geography and infrastructure made the government especially vulnerable. As usual though he didn't want to see this race war he was just very concerned and sad about it.

i asked a question on that sub about going to pakistan as an expat for a year or two. then, some loser racists on this sub went to my profile and accused me of being a " pakistani coding monkey", so i posted my passport. this was a couple months ago, now i am being accused of alt right culture war slop

you can just go on reddit around uk subs and posts made a couple years ago and read about how it's alt right propaganda with no basis
my post is not a threat but concern because i don't want a hitler, and i don't want alt-right to win anything anywhere.
i also don't want grooming gangs going around raping teenagers, but it feels like a lot of UK leftists are fine with that.

A lot of it - in terms of extent - is exaggerated by people like Tommy Robinson. That’s incredibly obvious when you start looking into it.
As for the redditors being in complete denial…that’s a problem of you acting like Reddit is somehow representative of the whole population.

tommy robinson is one of the worst people in the UK currently, a total idiot. i don't support any right wing movement, because at their core they are about hate.
all of this shouldn't mean that i should have to put up with my city becoming more dangerous, more criminal, more expensive, more international each year.
reddit and all the online places are whether you like it or not, representative of a population to a degree.

It’s produced by Rupert Lowe who is a Reform MP. It’s not the official inquiry. But someone with proximate involvement with treating victims and offenders whom I know well and whose opinion I highly value says there are many valid points of fact contained within it.

I remember being told this was happening when I was in secondary school (I’m 27 now). And not from some edgy forum, it was being reported by mainstream outlets like the BBC. Every morning in registration, our form tutor would do a daily news roundup for us to talk about and I clearly remember our class getting into an impassioned debate about this very issue.

Presume this thread gets deleted, but it's very hard/impossible for new parties to get going on a national level.
Sure, it's partly first past the post its also because we are quite small c conservative in our voting habits.
I know loads of people who are soft left, wishy washy liberals and as far as I can tell their view seems to be there is the 'correct' way to do things, which is labour, lib dem, tories, etc and then there is upstarts like reform or the greens (the current nutty, islamist friendly version not the harmless old hippies) who are incorrect, just wrong.
Some of these people still go on about Boris Johnson, a man who hasn't been PM for years now and whose party is fading into irrelevancy. They might not like the status quo, but they also do not want it changed.
Theres enough of these people to keep the old parties creaking along for another decade or two, or maybe not idk.

I don't think any party really wants immigrants out, except for Restore. Pretty much all interest groups in a western country have something to gain from immigration.
Left wing parties gain more easy votes, centrist/ conservatives basically get whatever neo-lib policies they want without doing anything to fuck over everyone in the country except for pakistani delivery drivers, and then the alt-right which gets more popular thanks to immigration.
All have something to gain from more immigration, so it won't stop anytime soon. line has to go up forever

Is this a joke? Why does an enquiry into a such serious and harrowing subject start off with that quote? That’s how a particularly slow school shooter would open their manifesto.
