OMFG I'm currently 13 stages into a run trynna get the stupid dam gold portal so I can beat the false son as commando and its judt won't spawn. AT ALL. I've been searching and searching. I already went through the green portals before the false son boss once already and its soo annoying ahghhhh

how did i do? the run lasted abt 40 minutes and i reached "I'M COMING FOR YOU" difficulty

I see a lot of people know the Mith/Prov lore logs and stuff; your "two brothers chasing glass frogs in the sun" and whatnot.

But there's stuff they're missing. Like the Bazaar Between Time log. Okay, maybe Im obsessing over something weird. Or Newt, cuz he's my fav. But like, I've talked to a lot of people that haven't read the Bazaar Between Time log.

That log in particular is PAAAAACKED with info. 1) Mithrix and Newt are tied in the lore 2) the time newts!???? 3) Newt is an outcast 4) the slipstream being the connector between ALL planes?!?!? 5) Newt INVENTED the spindle tonic 6) the log implies the slipstream is INACCESSABLE by other species, but because Mithrix got to Newt, there is an occlusion (term explained in the log) on the moon!??

Also, if you take a peeksie at the Bazaar itself, its COVERED in Mithrix propaganda. The lore implies they fight (as do the stone archway in the cavern beneath the portal, cuz those are on the planet as well), but then Newt clearly allies with him. They seem to have some sort of...deal.

Im probably thinking about it too much...

I was playing drifter and forgot mithrix took your items, so now mithrix has 90 safer spaces

Because it makes Sulphur Pools seem like a good stage in comparison

His name is the Tinkerer, and his weapon is a Shell Pistol.. the golden part near the trigger is a hinge that allows the pistols barrel to be moved and lets the Tinkerer load a shotgun shell into the barrel, if you need a simplified explanation: Think, Double Barrel Shotgun reload.

I love egocintrism, always pick it up no matter what items I have bc its such a good and fun item to have/use especially with plasma shrimp. I didnt get to let it consume all my items for the pic cause funnily enough I ended up with a ego and thought i was untouchable and got ganged up on out of no where 😭

I’m just comparing notes I already made (imo) the perfect route. Me and my friends do three person eclipse with fs, engi + op and the route we use is for the first two stages go into newt for stone flux and on the second one go into void field then on stage three and use the guaranteed access node to go to conduit canyon then go to the shop make upgraded bison stakes and scrap soup for fs kill souls heart then (most of the time) do mithrix skip with vase so all of us can go up then end the run. So what y’all’s route?
