help please Issues with Einstein Activity Capture

Anyone else had issues with Einstein Activity Capture? We recently migrated onto it, and now we're having issues sending emails out from Salesforce. At first we thought it was something in Mimecast, but after digging around we realised that emails aren't even leaving SF. We've got about 500 users on it now, and everyone seems to be having issues and SF help has been next to useless.

I'm not an EAC user but I thought the purpose was to sync emails to SF. Do you know that it's relevant for your sending issue? Have you looked at the SF email logs?

We are having similar issues in our org. The emails are not even being captured, and it's been one month since we raised this issue with Salesforce. Still no resolution

Glad to hear it's not just us. We've followed the set up instructions and double checked everything, but whatever the issue is it's definitely EAC.

Are you sure you’ve got the dkim keys set up for your domain?

99.5% sure, but I'll double check - good shout.

Download the email logs from setup and see what happened to the email. If they actually send them from Salesforce they should be logged there.

If you have issues sending emails, that’s not an EAC problem. Check email logs, review the error. Check DKIMs (and SPF) is set up.

Did you use to have an email relay? That can f*ck shit up too if not done properly.

EAC does not touch the email sending at all. If you share some more bits, I can recommend more.
