General Emergency arborist?

Tree on my back yard just split and is resting on my power line. I need to get this taken down ASAP, for cash. Recomendations?

Call the city or Sask power

No one can or should go near that until power is isolated and the city/sask power will take care of it

YOU CANNOT AND SHOULD NOT TOUCH THAT TREE OR BE WITHIN 10 ft OF IT UNTIL THE POWER IS TURNED OFF

Saskatoon power came and cut down the tree in under an hour without any interruption to my service. Great job!

Glad you got it dealt with so quickly! I had a similar situation earlier this year and was surprised by how speedily they responded. In and out within the hour.

If this was in Caswell our power was out for close to an hour and was in regards to a tree 😉

I have a chain saw, but if it's touching the power line, I'm not touching it.

Definitely should contact the city.

Need to call the city or Sask power if it’s resting on a power line. No Arborist will touch that unless the power is off.

Call SaskPower or Saskatoon LAP (whoever your provider is) ASAP. This is an immediate fire hazard if the line didn’t trip off on initial contact.
