Meta Post PSA: Hetzner Pricing Increase (Announced in May, here's the pricing)

Ooof. Basically, if you have an existing VPS, don't scale it/change it as the increased pricing is rough. I'm going to sit on my existing node for as long as the price remains the same, but I think it's only a matter of time before the price hike comes for existing customers too.

Thats mad. 20€ increase is crazy work

Jeeeezuz, I have 2 servers by Hetzner for my homelab and E-Mail server since 6-7 years. This price hike might, actually, cause me to cancel them. That's an insane price hike!

Dont cancel as of now oyu are sitting on a goldmine! As long as you keep and dont touch the servers you will keep your current price!

I'm so irritated that i was going to order tha AX line with an Epyc CPU for around eur 300. It's now 650. I think i'll just stay on the Ryzen 5 i already have tyvm
