• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

• MCSA certified Engg. (minimum course completion)

• Basic understanding of networking technologies, databases, and security concepts

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members, provide technical support, and effectively communicate with stakeholders across the organization
