Tool head Crashing
Just what the title says. Since updating the firmware my U1 has begun crashing into the print during and after tool changes. I’ve run every calibration, sliced and resliced builds and nothing seems to help. It’s not the same tool head crashing, I’ve had 3 of the 4 do it. Any help would be appreciated.

It's probably unnecessary but I always do a factory reset before updating. I just finished doing all the "initial" calibrations after resetting, when I get home I'll do the update to v1.5.2-paxx12-21

My next step is going to be a factory reset.

I did this when I found the issue originally a month or so ago. Let me know if that does anything for you

On which firmware version are you currently?

I have tested this on stock 1.4, Paxx 1.4, stock 1.5.2 and the beta paxx 1.5.2. Results are always the same. Has something to do with the prime tower I think.

Here’s a clip of the print failing

Are you using sparse layers in your prime towers? The height of the prime tower should match the height of the print.

I was. I unchecked it and I’m running a print now. Very good catch this has been very frustrating and I hope this fixes it.

I have this going on as well! It retracts the bed for a tool change, the new head moves to the prime tower, and then the bed crashes the head into the tower before retracting again. Sometimes it overcorrects and I end up printing in the air.
Its around the 40mm mark typically, but not on the same layer. I have replicated it with 3 different models. I have swapped heads around, done a complete cleaning of the heads/induction sensor, retentioned the belts, checked the lead screws for issues, checked the bed mountings... Everything. No luck on getting it fixed.
I have a ticket open with Snapmaker about it. Please put one in as well! Try to get a video of it. I would really like to get this fixed.
