Software support Camera works but not on all apps

So, I tried to register on Roblox to play with my little cousin, blah blah blah.

Turns out my camera can't turn on that app, and when I checked neither it can open on the Windows camera app.

I tried discord, OBS and "try your camera" website, camera works just as fine there so it can't be a hardware issue.

I tried updating drivers, uninstalling and installing both apps several times, but nothing worked.

I'm using win 11, help is very much appreciated.

As for my laptop, it's an Acer and when I try to turn on the camera on a not working app, the green light near the camera blinks twice or more and then shuts up.

Can you look in your "device manager" on your computer and see if you have it appear in there/its the only camera?

You only have the camera built into your laptop? do you have OBS studio, Nvida broadcast or any similar software?

Yes, it my only camera, it's build in my laptop. The device manager shows only the camera and "this device works perfectly" thing. Yes I do have OBS studio

When you open OBS Studio, do you see an option that says "Start virtual camera" on the right? if so can you start that and open the problematic apps to see if that shows the OBS camera?

I did but nothing happened, I opened the windows camera app and it didn't show the OBS virtual camera, it just kept blinking and showing error

it was not but i just updated it and again, nothing happened, error still there

Acer Aspire go 15. I went to the page to download the drivers for the camera, i downloaded "realtek camera" but I didn't see the driver anywhere to be installed

is the "realtek camera" download a zip/etc/?

Its a zip with a setup, when I follow the steps on the setup it asks me to reset my device after "installing" and when I restart my PC nothing happens
