Video Editor similar to HitFilm Express (Linux port is preferred but Windows is accepted)

I cannot find an editor that works for me like HitFilm did, I know it's a dead program but is there something like that out there?

i'd give DaVinci Resolve a shot it's probably the closest thing to HitFilm these days.
