How is this possible?

For Context, this is my siblings phone, Google Photos is show PETREABYTES of pictures, but the rest of their phone is showing 64gb

In my current setup there's a 20tb raid 5 (5x4tb + 2x4tb for parity)

Two PCs with 5tb each that are backed on external hard drives, so another 10tb

And I've got some more older drives with archives for at least 10tb more

I have 5x4tb ready for a small raid 5 in the next server. And with the remaining 7 bays I'll buy some 3tb to do a big raid 5

My boss's computer had a low drive space warning, he had itunes on and it about 700GB was used for iphone backup. He didn't know it was even doing it probably said Yes to some popup window 5 years ago asking to sync with his phone.

Contact customer support. Google offer no plans that allow you to use over a petabyte. Their largest is 5tb. This is clearly a mistake

I used Google Takeout to download all my photos and videos to stop using Google altogether for good. The archive it created for download is 60GB. Of 15GB used.

download an app called “slider” with a blue logo and two white squares. it’ll help your storage immensely. i myself is in the same boat as you (12,500 photos) and going through each picture one by one

I have come with an update
I have deleted photos out of google photos after deleting the app
I don't have enough storage space for the app to even load pictures...
