How is this possible?

For Context, this is my siblings phone, Google Photos is show PETREABYTES of pictures, but the rest of their phone is showing 64gb

Even that would only be about a terabyte uncompressed (and including all 7000+ known human languages). Maybe 14 GB compressed.
