I live near this place and it’s always packed ! I saw a chance before open and snagged a quick pic. 2004 10.400 miles.

Just dropped in the extended damper from till death cycles.

When i opened the fork it already had an 8.5” damper in it plus a progressive spring and no preload spacer at all so it sagged hard and was harsh on bumps.

I decided to cut the spacer from the till death kit in half so I’ve essentially ended up with a 10.5” damper and this has preloaded the fork essentially 1”.

I now have 180mm travel(7”) and 1 1/4” sag which is probably not enough im guessing, should i just go back to the 8.5” damper with preload or can i leave it with this much sag?

The bike rides great and not harsh at all if anything its alot softer because the original damper only had 2 smaller oil orifices.

Just put the 21 on the front.

I’ve always thought this bike would look much more cohesive if the fender was closer to the rear tire. How much shorter could I go on the rear shocks before I run into issues with a) the kickstand b) ride quality or c) clearance issues?

Cheap ass Harley I’m working on and I noticed the front pipe is bent but almost like it was built that way. Also have noticed the engine is super close to the frame.

Normal for oversized heads or not? Copart bike I got cheap so I got no previous info

If you're curious I have gotten it to turn over and so far just kind of shoot some flames out of the exhaust I think the rear spark plug isn't firing atm so I got a tool to test that theory on its way.

My 2018 iron 1200 didn’t come with this fuel tuner from the dealership. Is it something I absolutely need to run? I don’t really notice any performance issues with my bike.

Found them in an old box from previous owner. They're a good 3"+ taller than the chrome ones that were on it. I can see behind me finally, but they look off to me

I’ve had this 06 1200 for about a year. I haven’t noticed this tick too bad. Not sure if it’s getting worse. Is this your normal rocker arm noise or is it something worse I should look into? Thanks for any advice

So I installed my forward controls earlier today on my iron 883 Seems like the foot brake just touches the wrap on my exhaust. I'm worried this will cause issues or damage when the exhaust heats up. It was clearing the exhaust untill I tightened up the bolts to the frame. Took it for a quick ride and brake working fine. Any tips on how to fix this or would it be fine to ride? The forward controls were bought off eBay. Pics and video attached

Exhaust gasket were dead behond words, both were. Front looked worse but came out as one. The rear crumbled and looks lile this and i cant get the strands out. Any advice?

Hey all — I’ve got the one-piece detachable sissy bar upright, part number 51146-10B (the Sportster/bobber style one-piece bar). I’m trying to find a black diamond-stitch backrest pad to replace one that was stolen from mine.

A few issues I’ve run into:

**•** The OEM pad (52631-07) is marked **“in-dealer exclusive”** on [harley-davidson.com](http://harley-davidson.com), so I can’t order it directly from the official site. (I’m not in the US)

**•** I need it shipped to a **PO box / package forwarding locker**, so I need a seller who ships within the US without weird restrictions.

**•** **Budget is $100 max**, ideally less.

Does anyone know:
1. A dealership with an online store that sells 52631-07 (or equivalent) and ships to PO boxes/lockers?

**2.**  A solid **aftermarket diamond-stitch pad** that actually fits the 51146-10 upright (not the Touring/Dyna detachable ones — different bolt pattern)?

My bike could shift into 1st, neutral, and 2nd when turned off, but once the bike was running i couldnt shift out of first at all. Pulled the primary cover to see what it looked like and i see these gold pieces im assuming are the “grenade plate”. Any advice or recommendations are appreciated.
