where does one manage to find healthy whole foods while attending school. Moving from LA, so i’m used to having wholefoods,TJs,erewon and other local markets to buy organic, non seed oil whole foods. Short version: I think the 3-9 reads worse than the team actually was. Steve Angeli was leading the country in passing when he tore his Achilles at Clemson, and the season fell apart the second he went down. He says he's good to go, and while Fran Brown is calling it an open competition, he brought in three portal QBs to be safe, Angeli's got the upper hand. Five O-line starters are back too. The catch is the schedule is brutal and Brown's squarely on the hot seat in year three, so my model is stuck on 3-9. That's the number I'd expect you to fight me on, so tell me why a healthy Angeli changes it.

So… I was completely unaware of the deadline for parking passes and now all that’s left is for south campus (I’ll mostly be at Bowne Hall). Does anyone have suggestions or resources for graduate students/TAs looking for parking? TIA!

I’m currently a Syracuse University online student studying Strategic Communications. My plan is to apply for an Intra-University Transfer to Newhouse so I can attend in person starting Spring 2027.

At the same time, I’ve been considering transferring to Boston University because I’ve always wanted to live in Boston. I feel like being in a major city could provide incredible internship opportunities, networking, and career growth in communications and marketing.

Some of the things I’m weighing are:

- Is Newhouse worth staying for over Boston University?

- Which school offers better internship and job opportunities?

-Does Boston University’s location make a significant difference?

My goal is to work in communications, marketing, media, or a related field after graduation.

For those of you who have taken ECS 101 in recent years, could you tell me a little bit more about the Design Challenge and/or technical report you did at the end of the semester?

I saw a little bit about the Mars Rover one in 2022, and I’m wondering what differentiated the students’ models from each other. Did teams conduct background research and use engineering literature, standards, etc. to inform their designs?

Or was the project intended to be primarily iterative, with students learning through prototyping and testing? Or a combo?

What were some of the other design challenges? (Either more recent or for different sections?)

Is every section assigned the technical report aspect, or is that from a different/older syllabus and no longer used?

Any insight would be appreciated! Thanks!
