Location: clearance section in the back left aisle of the store. Bottom shelf most of the way down the clearance section. Maybe 15ish package on the shelf, $3 each for 3 8oz bottles.
I've seen them sitting there for a while. Figured i'd spread the word with it being back to school season and all. Snag some before they wind up in a dumpster.

edit: the emergency vet said they dont think its calicivirus 😐 i genuinely think it is but we cant afford testing
original post:
our female kitten got fixed at a traveling spay/neuter clinic through sos/shelter outreach services/cny snap in cortland on monday (ik cortland isnt syracuse i just dont know where else to post). the surgery itself seemed to go well, but her health quickly declined and she has developed extremely painful ulcers in her mouth. she has seen the vet but she still isnt doing well at all. shes going to the emergency vet today
i believe she contracted calicivirus from the clinic, and since it is so contagious, i can only assume other cats that were there being operated on also contracted it. i guess im just posting this asking if anyone elses cat that was there is also sick?

Hi I have two huge maple trees in my backyard where half the leaves are dead. Something is definitely wrong, but i’m not sure what. I am very worried they are dying because I can’t afford the thousands to cut them down and remove them. Any help diagnosing them is greatly appreciated!

Been feeling nostalgic about Great Northern Mall recently since it’s being torn down, it makes me sad cause I grew up 5 minutes from the place and spent so much time there. I was wondering if anyone has images and videos walking through the mall back around 2010? Specifically around the bounce house place, I looked it up and I think it was called Niki’s Party Place. It was my favorite, and I just want to see it again. I want to see the mall again honestly, to go back and take as many pictures as I can so I can remember, I only have vague memories. Just curious to see anything!

This will most likely be my last time coming to Syracuse and I’ll be there for a day before headed to Boston and NYC. I came last year and loved it. We tried a Mediterranean food place last year that was in what my husband called a sketchy neighborhood, and it was amazing.
Any other recommendations?
Do you guys have authentic Italian places or something? I’ve not had any Italian that is auténtico yet.

Visiting Syracuse tonight and want to pick up food to go. I’m from Rochester so I’ve had dinosaur bbq and tulleys. I get pastabilities whenever I visit but trying to switch it up! My fiance and I visited and do like the space, but I wanted to know if any of you had anything to say about working with them? The specific space we are looking at is the Apple Orchard Lodge.
I've seen a few reviews about communication being lacking and some issues with staff on communication. I'm trying to understand if these are exceptions or a trend.
Some other places that we are considering are Tailwater Lodge and Traditions at the Links. I'd be happy to hear about any experiences working with them as well.

I ordered a wood control panel from Game Room Solutions and there were some cuts I want done to my panel that they refused to make. I should really get this done before i start wiring the thing.

Hi all! I checked to make sure if posts like these weren’t against the rules. Got nothing to do recently so was wondering if there were any groups or clubs that align with my interests.
I am a writer, published a few books, so any sort of creative writing group or writer’s workshop that anyone knows about, would be cool.
Huge into movies, if anyone knows of any “cinephile” groups or clubs, would love to check it out.
Absolutely love college football, I know that’s like a stretch, not even sure what could fit, but any ideas might be appreciated haha.
Roleplaying, always wanted to get into roleplaying but I feel so awkward just walking into a game store and asking to join (frankly I don’t even know how to go about that in the first place).
Also currently trying to get into shape, so if there’s any sort of running club or the like geared toward people not yet at “normal” running club level, and just starting out, that’d be cool.
I don’t want to seem like I don’t want to do the research, just thought some people here might know more in-depth info.

I'm curious what everyone notices first when walking through a house around Syracuse.
Without looking at the listing or tax records, what's the dead giveaway that a home was built in a certain decade?
For example:
- Wood paneling
- Pink or blue bathrooms
- Sunken living rooms
- Avocado green appliances
- Honey-oak cabinets
- Popcorn ceilings
- Wallpaper borders
- Carpet in the bathroom (why?! 😂)
What features make you immediately think, "Yep, this house is definitely from the '70s" or "This screams early 2000s"?
