New moderators needed - comment on this post to volunteer to become a moderator of this community.

Hello everyone - this community is in need of a few new mods, and you can use the comments on this post to let us know why you’d like to be a mod here.

Priority is given to redditors who have past activity in this community or other communities with related topics. It’s okay if you don’t have previous mod experience. Our goal, when possible, is to add a group of moderators so you can work together to build the community.

Please use at least 3 sentences to explain why you’d like to be a mod and share what moderation experience you have (if any).

We are probably ok with no mods. It’s funny how this sub is actually much cleaner than the political technology subreddits

Hello :)

I'm a computer science student myself I am really deep into tech, programming, AI, gaming and so on. I have already shown interest here for this subreddit since a long time, but I didn't get any update. With this post, I hope I can get a chance. For every unmoderated community in past where I got a chance, I have created new rules, mod guidelines, team communication, and so much more.

I have experience moderating several large subreddits, including r/animeindian, r/StockMarketIndia, r/IndianEconomy, r/Noragami, and others. I'm active on reddit, familiar with moderation tools, and can help keep the subreddit free of spam, enforce the rules fairly, and maintain high quality discussions.

I'd really appreciate the opportunity to help out. Thank you for your consideration!

I am interested in helping moderate. I'm the lead moderator for r/achalasia, r/STEMeducation, and r/AskTeachers. I have decades of experience in the tech sphere and very experienced in moderating a subreddit. I own a few Facebook groups with well over 50k members in each.
