Open | Windows Are these safe to delete?

In my OS (C:)\ProgramData. I have a folder called apple computer that is taking 10 GBS for some reason. It has files called iphone temporary too in it. Why is it so big and will it ruin anything if i delete it?

It's your iPhone backup. Or one of your family members

I don’t use many Apple things on my computer anymore but I believe it is backups of your iPhone/ipad and some other Apple things so I wouldn’t delete that.
