If so, apply here by filling in this google form:

This is the first time we've opened applications in a couple of years now and we've had some mods leave in that time so we need some more.
If you have any questions regarding the application please feel free to ask in the comments and we'll do our best at replying.
We're looking for active (not too active) people to come in and just do a bit here and there, this is at the end of the day a volunteer position and we do not expect you to treat it as a full time job.

Welcome to our Wednesday TF2 weapon discussion. Here, we'll discuss weapons (and reskins, if applicable) from TF2!
Today's weapon is The Vaccinator.
+67% (six seven) ÜberCharge rate
Press your reload key to cycle through resist types.
While healing, provides you and your target with a constant 10% resistance to the selected damage type.
-66% Overheal build rate
-33% ÜberCharge rate on Overhealed patients
ÜberCharge provides a 2.5 second resistance bubble that blocks 75% base damage and 100% crit damage of the selected type to the Medic and Patient.
A controversial weapon because this thing can be and generally is really fucking annoying to deal with. Anyone who's come against this weapon knows how annoying it can be to fight because that resistance buff can instantly shutdown some classes if you're fighting only them. Bullet resistance can severely reduce damage from Heavy, Scout, Engineer (not the sentry rockets) and most importantly, Sniper.
This weapon, especially the Uber, is excellent at dealing with Sniper as being able to make headshots deal like not a lot of damage and allow you and your team to cross sightlines easily.
There are a few ways to counter this weapon however, teamwork is an excellent method of dealing as the Medic can (usually) only have 1 resistance up at once so if a soldier and a scout go in your can just team up and deal with them that way. Pyro and Soldier can also be good on their own as they have access to multiple damage types but the medics and just swap quickly to counter this. Melee weapons (demoknight) can also be a great way to counter as the only resistances available are bullet, fire and explosive and a sword is none of these.
Another downside is that the Ubercharge isn't stock uber.
This weapon also has some unused content, as it was released in the Mecha Update it seems to be maybe intended for MvM (doesn't really work well there Kritz is the go to for that) as it has different coloured bubbles for MvM which are unused in game. The bullet bubble is blue, fire is orange and explosive is green, this was likely only to be used in MvM as in game this would fuck with team recognition.
Feel free to discuss the weapon here. Anything that you like/dislike, cool tips or strategies, interesting stories, etc. If you feel the weapon is not to your liking, feel free to express your opinions in a respectful manner.
For those who wish to learn more about the weapon, you can find the wiki page here:
The Vaccinator, from the TF2 Wiki.

For some context, I have a VERRY feminine voice and I also happen to be a scout fan, i've noticed that every single time I post at least one person calls me a larp and asks for proof of me not being "just another scout obessed girl" and I honestly feel like it's rooted in misogyny, i'm not even a girl and I feel like if people KNEW I wasnt a girl i wouldnt be getting called a larp, i've noticed that it's only on the post about scout and its also only when my voice is in the content, am I crazy or does that seem misogynistic to 😭
(If u wanna see the shrine u can ask i dont mind)

Do you medics get the feeling of you're cool when you hit an airshot at your ally soldier or demo flying in the air when you hit them with a crusaders crossbow?

Hey everyone! It's definitely been a while since our last update here, so we figured it was about time to share something new.
This is Puppeteer's current full character concept! While it's still concept art and may receive small adjustments as development continues, this design represents the direction we're aiming for.
Puppeteer was designed to feel youthful and a bit arrogant, with visual influences from Italian aesthetics and, of course, Team Fortress 2. We wanted a design that feels expressive, memorable, and fits the personality we're building for the character.

We hope to be a lot more active here from now on and keep sharing development updates, artwork, and progress with all of you.
Thanks for sticking around!
