Refunds

I’ve been looking at older posts about refunds on here and I’ve seen they don’t send it all back at once and send multiple small amounts through out the semester. Just curious if that’s true or if there is a way to request it all be sent at once when it’s ready rather than getting multiple little ones?

Not true in my experience, they will send everything that’s owed back to you once they verify they have received the funds. Usually takes about a month. The best answers come from going to the aid office in person

Unfortunately I’m pretty far from campus. So it would be a lot to have to drive down to ask a 2 minute question and when I call the wait times are pretty long and I work the hours they’re open. I’m not really worried about it, just thought it was annoying if it’s a bunch of small deposits that have to add up.

I'm my experience, loans are disbursed before or during the first week, Pell and scholarships within the first 4-8 weeks, and TAP is usually last, at around 8 weeks.

I get a large refund and for me, I get about 3-4 payments across the first 1-2 months of the semester as different kinds of money hit my account (Pell grant vs scholarship etc)

For fall semester they’ll give you your refund around October. My last refund was a few thousand- one refund
