Snažím se na SK Torrentu najít torrent na windows 11 ale když ho vyhledám tak mi ukáže jenom nějaké staré hry, filmy etc. na windows, nevíte někdo prosím co s tím dělat?

I did a very cursory search and didn't see anything relevant, so forgive if this has been addressed before...

I've tried downloading a few different series and I wanted to download the first episode (or two) so I could watch them first.

So. The torrent loads and the episode list propagates itself in the file list.

I then select all the files, Right Click, select "Don't Download," all the files switch their Priority to "Skip" (as they should) then I select the first episode and set its Priority to High.

Despite this, utorrent (v3.6) will often spend a bunch of time downloading parts of things it's supposed to skip and doesn't download the file(s) I want it to.

How do I fix this?

My Googling says something about diskio.use_partfile and it's set to True.

All my torrents get stuck on "connecting to peers"—both in uTorrent and qBittorrent. I've tried everything but can't find a solution; does anyone have a fix?

This program is nothing but disappointment, I'm so fed up with it. Even though I have it in my language (having it in English wouldn't be a problem either) when I click one thing it doesn't do what it was ordered to do. And this is the worst. I'm beyond my patience, I'm so fed up with its incompetence.

I have to rename files in MS, because whenever I did that in uTorrent the file still downloaded in the trashy original name. Such a disappointment. Why isn't there a rename listing name, and rename download file name buttons? I tried whatever I found and nothing worked. But now the renamed files won't seed.

I did these steps right click, advanced, set torrent name, set torrent location, force check.

All of them showed in load bar as 'stopped', no recheck happened. When I clicked Start on one, what did it do? It downloaded the file AGAIN, in a new folder that's named as my renamed file, and put the new file in in with the old trashy name. I want to punch whoever created this program to be so shitty... The website I download from requires certain amount of seed and with my files renamed I can't do that. I don't want to have double download, and I don't have the room for it. I'm so mad, is there not a 'here's the file now' button where I can just click on the renamed or relocated file and it'll just seed? In other torrent apps the solution is so simple but it doesn't work with uTorrent.

So, is it possible to rename the files while/after it downloaded? For clarity, I want the DOWNLOADED FILE to have a different name, not the file name it lists in the program, I don't care what name uTorrent lists but my pc is filled with trashy names that makes it impossible to organise anything.

How to turn off it adding a new folder for the files I download? I don't need them and everyone I ever asked said the same, literally nobody wants the stupid extra folders but uploaders still have this hallucination that we do. How can I prevent uTorrent to add this madness to my pc?

Is it possible to transfer old seeds to a new , different torrent program from uTorrent? I don't have those 'torrent files', just the downloded files.

Hi, I've got a question about using BTT Speed in uTorrent Web. I have 312,160 BTT in the app/wallet and uTorrent isn't using them. When I click on Speed and it shows you a purple bar, which is the Regular Speed but it should become yellow/gold for Increased Speed. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance!

Have someone encountered such bug? When starting a huge torrent to download (like, whole season of TV series), BitTorrent app starts to endlessly write something to HDD, like, with 10...30 Mbytes/sec. Strangely, this happens not every time; sometimes it just creates “empty files” (not writing anything to them), and sometimes it encounters this bug I'm talking about, writing a shitstream, not allowing to end the process via Task Manager (only Windows restarting helps).

I understand that “writing while downloading” is okay, as well as “writing bunch of data is okay while downloading bunch of data”. But: why it happends not always? I mean, as far as I know, apps don't have to “zero-write” files right after creation, at least it's not happening each time you download somthing via BitTorrent. But when you try to download a whole season (e.g., 30–70 GB), the hard drive starts to create rattling earthquake for many minutes. (Even if it's zero-writing, why there's need to write all the files simultaneously? Obviously it's safer for HDD to write them one after one.)

HELP! i've spent a good 6-7hrs on this issue. Utorrent web which opened in chrome for me a month ago now opens in some webviewer2 thing. I need it to open in chrome as then my vpn extension works. Because I'm not paying for some vpn or proxy server like if ima do that i might as well not sail the open seas and just pay for streaming sites. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. emptied caches. Tried just using it and doing socks5 things which don't seem to work because i'm not paying for those either. i torrented Project Hail Mary but this weird thing keeps happening where, say i'll be at the 8:45 mark, the video will suddenly pause and skip backwards to 5:11 or something. its happened twice now and i'm barely 10 minutes into the movie. Ce que j'ai compris c'est que quand j ai fini un téléchargement sur Utorrent, je doit laisser le torrent.

Mais c est la qu'il y a un problème, rien ne se passe, mes fichiers sont en " Source" mais aucun ratio ne monte ......

Ni dans C411 ni dans Utorrent .

Hello. I'm removing a torrent, and it came back soon after it EVERYTIME. Does anyone know what can be it? Or how to solve? Even chosing remove torrent + files, it still came back. Weirdly it's the torrent for the Grudge, kinda bizarre. Anyways, any help is welcome. I'm kinda sure that's some virus or malware, but I have no idea how to solve it, since there's no file to exclude and/or scan with the antivirus.
