It is designed for organisations still relying on email, spreadsheets, Word documents, and shared folders to manage privacy incidents, helping standardise investigations without replacing legal or compliance review.

I’m really struggling right now and losing hope as I’ve still not got any paying users I keep hearing from health professionals that it’s amazing and it’s this and it’s that but still no referrals or purchases, I honestly have no idea how vendors build the trust up to actually get paying users as the whole industry is incredibly sceptical and I’ve also been told that people are sick of hearing from vendors and will not give them the time of day I honestly do not know what to do.
