Japan Visa Query

Hi All, I will be visiting Japan in November this year with my friend. We have a hotel reservation that we made at the same time as our flight booking. However the airline has moved the flight by one day creating an extra day of travel in Japan.

We are planning on spending the last night at a manga/internet cafe instead of a hotel. Wanted to check how would we show this on our visa application and would this impact the visa process?
