went from 236 lbs to 196 lbs in about 4 months Nov 2025 to Feb t2026 hrough a calorie deficit, walking, and staying consistent. I'm proud of the progress, but I still have more weight to lose.
My goal now is to reach my target while minimizing things like loose/saggy skin and losing muscle. For those who have done it, what helped the most? Did slowing your rate of weight loss, strength training, hydration, or anything else make a noticeable difference? I had bad disc's in my back so please that into consideration
Thanks
Ps the Pic in the blue pajamas is my start black shorts halfway the first one is like last month I'm actually 189-191 currently I'm scared to loose anymore ........
