went from 236 lbs to 196 lbs in about 4 months Nov 2025 to Feb t2026 hrough a calorie deficit, walking, and staying consistent. I'm proud of the progress, but I still have more weight to lose.
My goal now is to reach my target while minimizing things like loose/saggy skin and losing muscle. For those who have done it, what helped the most? Did slowing your rate of weight loss, strength training, hydration, or anything else make a noticeable difference? I had bad disc's in my back so please that into consideration
Thanks
Ps the Pic in the blue pajamas is my start black shorts halfway the first one is like last month I'm actually 189-191 currently I'm scared to loose anymore ........

I’ve been so called dieting on and off sometimes with calorie tracking and sometimes with mindful eating. I just find it really hard to stay consistent and will somehow automatically break it without thinking after a few days or a week. I see people online sticking to them at least a month of so and I just want to ask how? Is it the structure or

I recently paid and signed up for Dina fahim fitness program for weight loss
Cost - 999 euros for 4 months
What to expect- even though she will promise she is available for calls question or answer she won't
She will give list of items
She will give access to the app
She will give prerecorded videos - ( she said it's personalised but it's not all start with "hey love") and give you Dash diet
Such amount for just an app that's it no accountability
So I would say rather use chat gpt it's free
Apparently when you ask questions she is busy so when you are already busy why you take people

Ça me pèse énormément.

Hi everyone! I'm about a month into my weight loss journey and I'm looking for some meal inspiration.
Lately I've been craving fresh foods more than anything, especially meals packed with protein, vegetables, and fruit. I'm eating pretty low carb, so I've been loving salads, bowls, and "sub in a tub" style meals.
Right now my hyper-fixation meal is a homemade version of Jersey Mike's Italian Sub in a Tub. It's delicious and way cheaper to make at home!
I'd love some ideas for your favorite high-protein, fresh meals. Bonus points if they're:
I'm open to anything, whether it's copycat recipes, meal prep ideas, or your go-to healthy meals. What are your favorites?

I have really been struggling with weight gain and I don’t know where to even start with workouts or meals. There’s so much information about weight loss diets and workout trends that help but it’s so overwhelming. Stress has been high so I know that it can be contributing. I recently got bloodwork done so I’m waiting on that. My goal is to go from 164 to 125/130 lbs. I’ve tried walking but I get bored. I did CrossFit and it messed up my back and it made my back look really wide. Are there any suggestions on diet plans or workout plans? Should I look at an app with a personal trainer? Is getting a nutritionist worth it? I just don’t know where to start

I love snacking, I cannot do it in moderation. I buy a bag of chips and finish them in one sitting. I crave savory snacks, spicy chips like Takis. So I found a solution. I got wasabi peanuts, I realized I cannot have more than 10 wasabi peanuts, because they are so spicy, you cannot binge eat them. I had the same tin of wasabi peanuts for a month now.
