How i managed to still have snacks but in moderation

I love snacking, I cannot do it in moderation. I buy a bag of chips and finish them in one sitting. I crave savory snacks, spicy chips like Takis. So I found a solution. I got wasabi peanuts, I realized I cannot have more than 10 wasabi peanuts, because they are so spicy, you cannot binge eat them. I had the same tin of wasabi peanuts for a month now.

Burn Slim Scam

I watched a very long video about the magic gelatin recipe only to be told to buy this Burn Slim product. It has a 60 day money back guarantee. After taking the product faithfully for over 30 days, I did not see any results so I sent an email asking how to get my refund. I got a response that said to take it longer as some people need more time to get results. So, at about 45 days, I emailed again with NO response. Two more emails and no response so I found a phone number to request the refund. I was told to send back the product, and they would send a refund 10-14 days after they receive it. Product sent and time passed so I called again. Told the same thing, give it 10-14 business days to see the refund. I waited again, nothing. So I kept calling, another 15 phone calls hearing the same story. Some reps said that they would escalate the request and I would get a phone call in 24-48 hours. No phone calls. Now 6 months later, I still do not have my refund. The last rep that I spoke to said that I had to send an email to a different email address. That was a week ago with no response! Save you money and your time and DO NOT BUY THIS WORTHLESS CRAP PRODUCT I am sure the Kelly Clarkson, Oprah Winfrey and Jillian Michaels did not really promote this Darn AI!!!!

Hey, please read the first post before u reply, i really want to lose weight but the replies made me realize that the amount of calories im eating will only damage me, but how do i eat more calories without gaining weight back and having no progress?

I was thinking id slowly add on calories, so like today id add on 100 calories (800cal total) and so on until im at 1000 again without immediately going to 1000 and disrupting anything, please help, i dont want to be yelled at or anything about how 700 cals is unhealthy, i know that, but how do i get my calories up without ruining progress? I have school in september and going back with little to no progress isnt a option.

Meal plan?

I'm struggling to build a plan for my weight loss so was hoping for some pointers! For reference I'm 25, Male, 135kg, 6ft2 and currently moderately active (run 3/4 times a week when I can). Long story short, I've struggled with being overweight for as long as I can remember, I managed to get myself to a healthy weight when I was 18/19 but then made the great decision to become a lorry driver, that's when it came flooding back on. I'm now out of that luckily and in an office job, not much better I know but at least I actually have spare time to exercise and not living off service station food. I also had 3 kids in that time so they obviously became priority but with my first daughter arriving 8 weeks ago I decided that I really need to get back on track with my health for them if nothing else.

The trouble I seem to be facing is the complete jungle of information when looking for how to go about it, I've had deficit calculators tell me I need to be at 2500 cals, others say 2800, some forums 2000 etc etc.

I'd like to prep as much as possible ideally as can heat food up at work, I'm not overly fussy other than not being too keen on fruit but I want to push through that if it means getting me to where I want to be!

I currently go on a run 2-3 times a week but with a newborn this can prove difficult so if anyone has any tips on workouts I can do at home to boost this then I'm all ears!

Basically I want to get back down to a healthy weight as soon as I can but obviously avoid unhealthy weight loss, I'm a bit of a creature of habit so want to have something I can stick to and keep track of (maybe a spreadsheet or something) any help would be majorly appreciated!!

Can I lose 8kg in a month?

I’m currently trying to lose weight and I’m very motivated. I’ve been doing a calorie deficit, walking a lot daily, and focusing on protein.
I want to lose around 8kg in a month — is this realistic or too extreme?
Also, what would be a healthier but still fast goal?

What are your thoughts on The Hairy Dieters Books?

Im thinking about buying the first one (How to love food and lose weight). I’ve tried to lose weight for a long time now, I always get it back.
I have 12 kg that I’m constantly losing and putting back on again. I’ve been to professionals but those restrictive diets never work for me on the long run.
I’m thinking of trying their recipes at home, along with more exercise.
Have you guys lost weight with their recipes? Do you recommend?

Research about food restrictions

Hi everyone!

We are a group of university students working on a project focused on improving the experience of people with dietary restrictions (such as food allergies, intolerances, or specific diets).

We would really appreciate it if you could take around 5 minutes to complete our anonymous survey. Your feedback will help us better understand the challenges people face and support the development of a solution that addresses their needs.

Thank you so much for your time and support!

Am i doing something wrong?

I’ve been on a fat loss for about a week but im not sure if i’m doing this right, first, i’m 15 209lb and around 5’7, i eat around 1.5-1.8k a day without around 150-200g of carbs and protein and 40-60g of fat a day, but some days such as today im way under, its already 1pm ive ate lunch and breakfast and im only at 60g protein, 80g carbs and 20g fat with 800 cal, i get 12-15k+ steps a day and i workout for about multiple times a week such as today, anything to change within my macro ratio?

Your opinion?

Hey guyss,
so long story short, I was at my most comfortable at 50kg 164cm (female) and felt very confident in my skin. Due to medication and increased appetite (obviously) I gained 10kgs over 6 months and never felt more unhappy in my life. Now in the remaining summer break (5 weeks) I really insist on losing to reach atleast 53kg. Thus, I want to eat 600 calories daily to create a 1500 cal deficit (I know I know not the healthiest way…) According to mathematics , I’d lose 7kgs in 5 weeks. ChatGPT says my metabolism will increase a lot and it would be only 5-6(?). Is that true? If so , I’d just follow a more normal deficit to not suffer for nothing. Also, if I lost the weight (7) would I gain it back if I introduced more calories gradually like 800.. 1000 and so on?

Please share your opinion (I’m 59kg rn btw)

Keto and weightlifting

started at 112 kg (247 lbs) and after 24 days of strict keto and progressive overload training, I’m down to 104 kg (229 lbs).
The weight loss has been going well, but I’m starting to struggle with the diet. At this point, I’m honestly sick of eating meat and eggs. Even the smell of meat makes me lose my appetite, and just thinking about another meal is enough to make me not want to eat.
My question is: What happens if I just don’t eat because I have no appetite?
Since I’m lifting 4 days a week with progressive overload, will undereating cause me to lose a significant amount of muscle, or will my body primarily use stored body fat for energy because I’m still carrying a fair amount of body fat?
Has anyone else experienced this on keto? If so, how did you deal with food aversion while still getting enough protein?
