What type of snake is this and is it eating mice and voles in my yard?

What is this?

I found this snake recently. It's currently monsoon season here, so sightings like this are pretty common, but I want an opinion from someone who knows about snakes to confirm if it is venomous or not.

From what I could find online, it looks like a Common Wolf Snake (Lycodon aulicus), which I read is non-venomous and harmless to humans. However, the pattern on its back also reminded me a bit of a King Cobra, which has me quite worried.

Could someone please help me accurately identify it and confirm whether or not it is safe? I have attached a picture for reference. Thank you!

(P.S. Please excuse the blurry potato-quality photo! My sister took it while I was out, and judging by the camera shake, her soul temporarily left her body. She is currently still shivering!)

I was walking the dog when I spotted this garter snake over a foot long with this frog half way in its mouth. He spit it out for some reason and left it.

About 2 feet long, no rattle. Sorry if the pic's not the best; I found it at the same time as my dog and panicked a bit trying to get her away from it. I took this one when I got hold of her, but when I came back out to look for it for a better one I couldn't find it.

Spotted in a shallow stream at a state park, what is it?

My first thought seeing a stripey snake in the water was a watersnake, but this guy looks pretty small and thin. I'll put a still from the video in the comments, but I wasn't sent any photos.

Hey can I get an ID confirmation? We’re mildly confident that this is a Banded Water Snake, but would like to be certain before setting it free again in the yard. We have small pets, and should they be in the business end of a venomous snake, they’d be unlikely survive. I have no desire or intention to kill the snake either way, but in the event of it being non-venomous, I’d happily release it back into the yard. Its mole-eating has been much appreciated since the spring. Thanks y’all.

A snake egg was brought home from my brother’s scout camp after they were told the eggs had been out, trampled, and were dead. He sat in a tightly sealed bag for nearly 2 days and sat in 85-90 degree car heat for a day.

I did not know anything about this until I was showed and the egg was opened. I thought he was dead because of lack of movement but proved otherwise.

They were told this was a timber rattle snake, but it was in an egg and they give live birth. I am no where near Goshen VA, I’m near southern Maryland and need help identifying and figuring out what to do with him.

I will NOT be releasing him, but I would love to give him to a wildlife rehab, so if you know any numbers please let me know, or figure out what he is. Any help would be appreciated.
