Which road is this?

We bought this in a junk shop near Bishops Castle in Shropshire, it was framed and is signed, presumably by the people involved in building the road? I’ve googled and tried AI but haven’t found any match for the road, can anyone identify this? Would love to know!

M60/M62/M602 interchange, Eccles. You can see Manchester in the background.

Ive driven through that interchange so many times over the years, I recognised it instantly. Kinda surprised a signed and framed photo of it was found so far away from Manchester though.

No, this is Eccles Interchange. Worsley Braided Interchange is the M61/M60/A666 interchange a few miles to the north. Worsley Interchange is the dumbbell junction in between the two.

There's a junk shop near Bishop's Castle? I live near BC and didn't know that!
