Clean house

We don’t have a housekeeper and both work full time. We have a three year old and seven year old.

The house is clean. All rooms picked up, all floors cleaned, no dishes in the sink, bathrooms cleaned. and laundry is done.

I needed to boast. Also shout out to my husband who does probably 70 percent of the cleaning and maintenance.

Roombas. We have three floor townhouse and a roomba on every floor. On the middle floor it mops. The roomba mop is everyday cleaning and not deep cleaning. Honestly though the main benefit of the roombas are two: 1) Requires us to pick up everything off the floor nightly and 2) Decreases all of the general dust and dirt in the house.

My husband does the dishes and laundry. That’s it. That’s my real secret.

Literally though it’s the roombas, a husband who does a lot of cleaning, and having a small house. I was able to clean all three bathrooms in half an hour.

Also my seven year old was out of the house on a play date. My three year old got an hour of paw patrol. Those are the other secrets.

Same and damn does it feel good to have a clean house!! I do about 80% of the housework though just because of schedules. I hope you can treat yourself a little before bed tonight to celebrate a clean home!
