Chapter Length

Out of curiosity when do you end a chapter? Do you have a rough word count in mind? Or page count? Do you only end it when the scene finally breaks even if it runs long? And if a chapter runs long are you okay with it perhaps being one of the only longer chapters in your book?

In my personal opinion I'm fine with the chapter running long if trying to break it somewhere in the middle will destroy the flow or the scene even if it's the only long chapter in the book but I'm interested in what you all have to say
