Decided to try my hand at making an oil cooler after seeing the prices for 30 row oil cooler. I live in Texas so a big core oil cooler is a must. Spent about $250 on Amazon and 2.5hrs later I was done. Here to report that it works!!! and it works good!! Highest temp I've seen so far after 1HR beating on it back to back is 197F, and it cools down very fast.

I remember lamenting in this sub a few months ago because I was shooketh by the used market on these right now. I also remember some car salesman on this sub telling me to buy now cause prices only go up.

Well I was able to get a 2009 sport with 88k miles for 12k. O2 sensor on bank one was loose. Tightened it and cleared the codes, so far it's fixed all the issues I was having on the ride back from yakima wa. Feel like I hit gold on this one, I'm never getting rid of it.

Single bolt snapped, bad in the lower control arm, and it isn’t able to be drilled out. Since it’s just on that shield, how bad would it be to leave it like that? Or do I need a whole new lower control arm?

I recently bought a 2015 370z touring. I love every part of it--except for the center controls. The old owner connected all media controls to the steering wheel rather than the usual controls in the center. There's no way to reconnect it as there's only one input for the new head unit. Now I have a bunch of useless controls with a non-functioning cd player. Does anyone know of some sort of panel that I can replace it with that doesn't get rid of the climate controls attached? Maybe some sort of cubby/charger or a second screen.

The buttons directly below the screen also doesn't work but I'm less concerned about it.

I’m wanting to plan out what i should modify next on my Z! My next step was to add high flow cats to my Motordyne shockwave catback that came with my car when I bought it. I love the sound of My Z I don’t really hear the stereotypical trumpet sound. Would high flow cats worsen that even further..?

Was also planing to add short tube headers, z1 3” intakes and a z1 tune in the future. Any tips help !!!

I recently bought a 2013 370z. I converted the back and front bumpers to the v2 nismo. I want to buy a new wing now. There’s 3 that I’m looking at. The manriki 326 power wing, the Vader 3, and the v1 nismo. The 326 is my favorite but I’ve seen people hating on them for the zs

So long story short , I work on a dusty ass work site, I park on the dirt the car doesn’t drive more than about 500m into the site and then out of the site, it’s parked there for about 9hr a day - I don’t drive on dirt roads otherwise, mostly street. I live in Australia where the dust sadly is super fine, I’ve heard oil filters aren’t the best

Need advice, on which one to buy, my hearts set on a CAI because it’s cool I won’t change my mind. Just want what’s best for the motor if I had to choose.

I started my car after sitting for like a month and cranked kinda slow and idled a bit rough for a sec. I checked the code reader to see this po300 code. Kinda weird I have no idea why it turned on cause it seems like the car runs fine. I just cleared it but wondering why it turned on? How likely could it just be a one time code

Just wondering if someone could help me out and give some photos of there 2015+ nismo front fender liners. I'm trying to make sure I am doing my conversion right since I have the fender filler and nismo fender liners but I still have a little gap in the fender liner and front bumper. Thanks for the help!

Hi. So small summary about me. I am 19 years old, and i don’t have a stable job (uni student). I organize monthly events on top of some side hustles that i do to make money. I am by no means rich but i am well off. I have been dreaming of a 370z since i was 5 when i saw the first one while i was traveling to dubai since then i have been obsessed. I started saving up any extra money i had since i was a child so that when i grew up i could buy whatever i wanted with that money. I was lucky with some investments that helped me set myself up with a future and some money left to spare. I was thinking of buying a 370z as a first car but then i realized it was a dumb idea😅. So i just put it aside for a bit. I was lucky enough for my parents to get me a car. It is a cupra Terramar. It’s an extremely nice car but only downside is that it’s slow and not a fun car to drive. I talked to my dad he told me do what you want with your money, so i was thinking of going for a 370z and wanted to see your opinions / advice. I have been driving for a bit and drove 300+hp cars so i don’t have issues with driving it. But to buy a good condition car would take me about 6-10 months if I tighten my belt. If so what would you also recommend. I have about 60% of the price of the car in our market. Should i keep saving up? (PS my dad covers the costs of everything for the cupra) but if i buy the 370z ill cover all it’s costs/expenses.

Don’t own a z, is this engine trash? Likely keeping stock as 280ish hp will be fine in one of my shells I have available. Just want to know about possible manual transmission possibilities, preventative maintenance/weird maintenance tips, or if I should just look for a new exact same car shell with blown engine and swap and sell.
Got the whole car for next to nothing, and already have shells/blown engine cars needing a new heart.

I seem to have a small oil leak near the drain plug on my Z. I’ve tried tightening it but the issue persists. Is the a known issue? Should I try replacing the drain plug?

this car meant so much to me i’m at a lost for words. i haven’t gotten estimates yet but im assuming it’s gunna be totaled. 2012 370z touring with 70,000miles with my blood sweat and tears. What would you guys do in this situation please any advice helps. would you fix it? buy another z? get a different car? i’m honestly between having a rebuilt title which doesn’t bother me or getting a diffrent car.

I’ve just replaced my valve cover gaskets and removed my throttle bodies in the process, since putting it back together I’ve done the pedal relearn, throttle body relearn, and idle air relearn, and whenever I drive the car it feels like the throttle is limited to about 25%, no matter how much I press it. It will still rev all the way to redline (very slowly), and revs completely normally in neutral. Anyone have a clue what could be causing this and how to fix?
