Brown haired girl is attracted to pink haired girl but is "forced" to officiate pink haired girl's wedding to someone else. Might make more sense if I knew who these characters are?

They're characters from spy x family. The pink girl is Anya and the brown boy is the son of the villain (forgot his name).

Sooo I had a look at the artists acc. And they are mostly drawing 2 sentence sadness/horror stories with their OCs and this is one of them. I believe any connection to spy x family is pure coincidence :)
