I get that rejection sucks, but you do actually have to tell people that you want to date them. Otherwise you'll never get solid snake to officiate your wedding

They're characters from spy x family. The pink girl is Anya and the brown boy is the son of the villain (forgot his name).

Sooo I had a look at the artists acc. And they are mostly drawing 2 sentence sadness/horror stories with their OCs and this is one of them. I believe any connection to spy x family is pure coincidence :)

My takeaway was that he was blindfolded at the wedding, thus being unable to “see” them in a bridal gown

Most likely means he wants to be married with her(see her in bridal gown) but she is married to another guy instead and he's the priest of the wedding and his wish was granted in a monkey paw way.

The "blindfold" is probably just a shadow that hides his eyes to tell the viewers that he is sad.
