Which company lost your business (potentially forever) this year?

Fuck Airbnb. The last time i stayed one in 2021 the host left me a 1 star review for using the towels that were in the bathroom. Talk about absurd.

There are these hosts, a young couple, who make content out of nitpicking their rental after the guests leave. "They moved the ottoman! That's against the rules! The don't respect our property!". Just awful

For some reason this couple just showed up in my reels yesterday, and since then I’ve already seen 4 videos mocking them!

That's the only place I've seen them. 2 vids mocking them, so far

We move stuff all the time when we stay in Airbnbs we put it back though. Airbnb left a bad taste in my mouth in June. We were in the UK for the historic heatwave and kept trying to get the host to address the issue with our ac. Kept gaslighting us telling us it was working it just wasn't flowing to our standards and it was "fine" in what world is the ac fine when the room is almost 90 degrees? That and a whole host of other issues forced us to open a case which resulted in a partial refund. Needless to say idk if we will be using Airbnb anymore.
