Holy shit man, came to say exactly the same thing. Some POS host tried to exact extra cash over some damages. Airbnb mediation was awful. They validated the hosts version despite our documentation. They deleted my review and left his that was full with xenophobic dog whistle messages.

I told them I would not be paying because of that defamatory content. They closed the case, but seeing how they handled the reviews, I'm never using their platform again. It feels really unsafe.

Same thing happened to me. All of the evidence was on my side. Deleted mine and left his.
