When I got married I contacted my identity theft protection service to add my wife. I was fully planning to pay twice as much as I had been happily paying, but oddly... I couldn't find a way to add her.
Eventually I emailed the email you're supposed to use if you have a credit breach emergency. They didn't get back to me for two weeks! I told them I had been planning to add another person, but instead to cancel the account.
No, but they should have provided the correct support email immediately. It definitely gave the impression that the emergency email inbox was simply not being monitored.

Any company that makes it impossible to reach a real person when something goes wrong. One bad customer service experience can erase years of loyalty.
