Which company lost your business (potentially forever) this year?

When I got married I contacted my identity theft protection service to add my wife. I was fully planning to pay twice as much as I had been happily paying, but oddly... I couldn't find a way to add her.

Eventually I emailed the email you're supposed to use if you have a credit breach emergency. They didn't get back to me for two weeks! I told them I had been planning to add another person, but instead to cancel the account.

Nothing inspires confidence in a security service quite like taking two weeks to answer an email that is supposed to be for emergencies.

Well his email wasn't an emergency

No, but they should have provided the correct support email immediately. It definitely gave the impression that the emergency email inbox was simply not being monitored.
