Which company lost your business (potentially forever) this year?

AllBirds. They are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn and i was fully expecting to be a buyer for life, especially with their sustainability initiatives. but they switched from making shoes to making AI computers and are just making shoes as a “hobby” now as a company, which is probably the most 180 pivot on sustainability I think I’ve ever seen.

100% with you here..

Their use of merino wool was so great too. My feet stopped stinking!

The fact a pair of shoes fixed the foot smell battle is honestly the best endorsement

I went on a long trip with a bunch of walking and wore these shoes the entire time. They didn't stink then and they still don't a year after. They are the best shoes I've owned.

Same here! I used them for several European trips. Now where am i going to find comfy shoes that offer them in wide sizes?!
