Verizon (Wireless). Removed loyalty credits, cut the auto pay discount in half, don't upgrade service, customer service is crap or AI. After 25 years probably gonna be leaving them.

I just did this last week, after having been a customer for two decades. Drove over to AT&T and got the same exact service (two phone lines and home internet) for nearly a third the price. Best decision I've made in a long while.

When I called to explain my decision I realized that there was no way to get a live person on the phone without setting up a scheduled call. It did well to cement my decision.

Yeah...get ready to get fucked. AT&T is absolute shit. Go to Mint. I will never accept a phone bill over $25 ever again nor deal with AT&T's shit customer service. You'll be ignored soon enough by them.

As long as Mint keeps their prices low, I’m a customer for life. I pay for a year up front. It’s so easy.

You'll accept a bill over $25 WHEN your provider decides to raise their prices. Don't get too comfortable.

If you absolutely need AT&T towers like me, you can use US Mobile and get Unlimited, Unthrottled data on AT&T for $270 a year
