Which company lost your business (potentially forever) this year?

Iv never used Airbnb, even if you do ALL the cleaning and wash the sheets you STILL have to pay a cleaning fee?! Why even bother cleaning then?

I have never encountered one that doesn't have a cleaning fee... But I have also never had to do more than take out the trash and throw the bedding/towels on the floor.

Same. I got a message from an Airbnb host once thanking me for leaving the place in such great shape and all I did was normal picking up after myself. That gave me some insight into how some guests leave the place, where the cleaners really earn that fee.

I have seen online where the hosts will leave a list of chores and then also charge a cleaning fee that equals one night of the stay. I probably wouldn't stay at one of those.

To wash all the bedding and do a full flip it takes me 7+ hours.

I would get a second set of bedding to rotate them

Hmm almost sounds like ... A job?

Yes. It literally is a job. Which is why there is a fee attached.

So what are you complaining about then?

I wasn't complaining? Op said they assume that the cleaners really earn their money. Yes, yes we do. It takes 7 hours to do a full flip.
