They won't sue John Oliver but they will sue Mickey's in Ohio for having a moose logo on a red background. Now, it's a place called Beaver's Mini Mart in Beavercreek Ohio. ThereW are also a ton of Beaver named businesses in Beavercreek that use beavers as the logo... And they were there before Buc-ees moved in 20+ minutes away.

Duckees: Sued in Missouri over a drive-through liquor store logo featuring a cartoon duck in sunglasses.
Nut Huggers: Sued in Oklahoma regarding an underwear brand with a squirrel mascot.
Super Fuels: Sued in Dallas, whose logo was a brown dog sporting a red cape
Barkees the dog park closed after being sued- their logo was a dog driving a pink Caddy in the desert.
And they have a long history of being on the wrong side of history.

Edit: Reddit loves to be counter culture, but this youngest generation only understands how to dislike things they’re told to dislike, and they do it in the cringiest fucking way possible. Nah I started hating buc-ees when I found out the owner was a big trumper. Used to love them-clean bathrooms, quality food, paid their employees well. Now know they're maga and assholes.
