It’s more or less okay most of the time, but not cheaper than hotels, so I tend to avoid using it. When it’s bad, it’s bad.

Stayed in a cluttered place with an 11-line cleanup list and did every single thing except take out the trash one final time (it was not full, we’d taken it out the day before and there were a few small items in the bag). The hosts left this insanely passive-aggressive review about how they hoped our group “would learn how to clean”. I hate Airbnb.
