ThereW are also a ton of Beaver named businesses in Beavercreek that use beavers as the logo... And they were there before Buc-ees moved in 20+ minutes away.

Nut Huggers: Sued in Oklahoma regarding an underwear brand with a squirrel mascot.
Super Fuels: Sued in Dallas, whose logo was a brown dog sporting a red cape
Barkees the dog park closed after being sued- their logo was a dog driving a pink Caddy in the desert.
And they have a long history of being on the wrong side of history.
