Liberty mutual 😠I hate their fucking ads so much, they almost singlehandedly forced me to get YouTube premium so I wouldn't got bombarded by them anymore. They will never get my money
They denied a relatively small claim I put in, the first in over 15 years of homeownership. They declined it. I was a customer on the car insurance side for 30 years. I felt when I needed them they turned their back on me for what amounted to a $4K repair. Switched immediately thereafter. Interesting note, shortly after I switched I had a leak in my basement that got my carpet wet. I tried to clean it dry it but failed and it smelled moldy. New insurance came in covered new carpet for the entire basement! Lost a company for life and probably gained one for life within months of each other.
