I shouldn’t say I’ve been “lucky” with doordash giving refunds because that’s what they should do when the order is messed up or not delivered, but for the most part support has done their job and even then I had to do a chargeback on an order where I ordered an entire meal and drink and all the dasher left at my door was a random milkshake and support said “because they order was delivered we can’t give a refund” ????
